SHIPPING POLICY

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: 

All shipping carriers are experiencing a busy holiday season, so we recommend shopping early to ensure your package arrives on time.

For US Domestic orders, we recommend ordering before the following deadlines, however due to potential carrier delays we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas:

Standard Free Shipping: Order by Wednesday 12/11 Midnight ET
FedEx 2-Day: Order by Wednesday 12/18 Midnight ET
FedEx Standard Overnight: Order by Thursday 12/19 Midnight ET

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

Orders are processed during business weekdays and not on weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt. Delivery dates shall vary bases on the carrier, shipping service and delivery location. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Most 2-Day and Next Day Priority orders will deliver on Saturday but are not guaranteed. 

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Shipping applies only to orders delivered to the U.S. and with purchases totaling $55 or more. The shipping carrier and service level used is at our discretion, however, at checkout you may elect another shipping offering of your choice for additional charges.

International shipping is excluded from free shipping option. Non-US or "International" customers are responsible for shipping costs plus all applicable duties, fees and taxes.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $999:

We want to ensure you receive and enjoy your purchases. For domestic orders over $999.00, please be aware that a signature will be required by the carrier. Have your valid government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery.  The delivery carrier may use scanning technology that electronically captures your first initial, last name, and also automatically verifies that adult age requirements are met.
